Vaquero Chile Morita begins with three distinct chile moritas grown in Mexico. These small, dark peppers start as ripe red jalapeños in the northern fields of Chihuahua, smoke-dried until they wrinkle like raisins and develop a deep, mulberry-dark color—with a flavor that's a revelation: smoky, fruity, and earthen all at once. We blend them into pure avocado oil, after roasting raw garlic cloves until golden and sweet. The secret? A handcrafted umami salt made by a boutique producer right here in the US. Finished with cracked black pepper, every ingredient is intentional. No fillers. No compromises. Just bold, layered flavor built from the ground up.
